We offer strategic advice to private and public companies and investors. Our focus is on developing impact investment and SDG-aligned investment strategies and identifying actionable and investable options to implement those strategies, and verifying investment outcomes. We have specific expertise in blended finance approaches.
Thanks to our backgrounds, we understand investment banks, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, development finance institutions, NGOs, think tanks and academia.

Harald Walkate
25 years in corporate law and financial services, particular emphasis on sustainable finance, impact investment and blended finance. Also experience in corporate law, M&A and joint-ventures. Teaches and publishes as Senior Fellow at the University of Zurich CSP.
Worked for Natixis Investment Managers, Aegon Asset Management and law firm Allen & Overy. Works with asset management firms, asset owners (pension funds, insurance companies), and other types of investors (venture capital, private equity, foundations) as well as corporations.

Robert van Zwieten
30 years in global financial markets: investment, corporate, commercial, and development banking; emerging markets debt, equity and venture capital investments; corporate finance and treasury; capital mobilization into sustainable development; incubation, establishment & governance of blended finance vehicles; climate & energy transition finance; strategy consulting.
Formerly with PwC Southeast Asia Consulting, Convergence, EMPEA, Asian Development Bank, Singapore Exchange, Lehman Brothers, General Electric, and ABN AMRO Bank. Taught as an Adjunct Professor in Finance at the Asian Institute of Management; currently a Research Fellow at the Transition Investment Lab at New York University Abu Dhabi.
